Steam hose pressure resistance
The joint type of the steam hose was used in the test. We used a high pressure joint. In the test, I used a pressure sample of 16 kg. First, prepare the hydraulic testing machine, connect one end of the steam hose with the crimped joint to the test press, and seal the seal at the other end with FIG207. Start the pressure tester, and wait for the pressure indicator to be pressed after 16 kg. Check that the appearance of the steam hose is not bulged and seepage, and check whether the joint is leaking. After being kept under pressure for 240 minutes, the indexes of the steam hose were completely normal, and no abnormal phenomenon occurred, and the test was qualified.
Steam hose high temperature resistance
For the sample, we use 16 kg pressure and the joint is the same as above. There are two ways to evaluate the high temperature resistance. One is the oven test and the other is the field work condition test. At this time, we use the field work condition test to reflect the actual performance of the steam hose, prepare the environmental pressure boiler and pass the safety pipeline. Increase the machine connection. The steam hose is connected to the supercharger through a high pressure joint. One end is sealed by with FIG207. When the temperature rises above 180 degrees, turn on the increaser switch and adjust the pressure to 16 kg for testing. After 240 minutes of holding pressure, the shape of the steam hose did not change, and there was no leakage of the joint crimping portion and the pipe body. Then, the tube body was not cut and the rubber layer was degummed, and the rubber strength did not change.
Conclusion
The steam hose pressure test and high temperature evaluation were qualified, and the rubber strength and reinforcement layer did not change.learn more about high temperature hose
