How to deal with the problem that water enters the radiator
How should the pressure measuring tube be stored when not in use? The storage method of the pressure measuring tube directly determines the quality of the pressure measuring tube during use, so the preservation of the pressure measuring tube is very important. Below, Orientflex, a professional pressure measuring tube manufacturer, will tell you about it.
Seven points to note when saving pressure measuring tubes
- The pressure measuring tube must be stored in a clean, tidy and well-ventilated warehouse. The temperature should be maintained at -15°C~+40°C. And avoid direct sunlight and rain soaking the pressure measuring tube.
- The storage of pressure measuring tubes should be placed according to different types and specifications for easy reference.
- The pressure measuring tube should be stored in a relaxed state as much as possible. Typically stored on reels with an inner diameter of 76mm or less for pressure tubes (the disk diameter should be no less than 15 times the inner diameter of the pressure tube)
- In order to prevent the storage tube body of the pressure measuring tube from being compressed and deformed, the stacking should not be too high. Generally the stack should not exceed 1.5 meters. Pressure tubes are often “stacked” during storage. Generally no less than once per quarter.
- The pressure measuring tube should not be stored in contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents or other corrosive liquids or gases, and should be kept away from heat sources.
- During the storage process of the pressure measuring tube, it is forbidden to place heavy objects on the tube body and prevent external extrusion and damage.
- Hoses should generally not be stored for more than two years. It should be the first warehouse to prevent excessive storage time that affects the quality of the hose.
Having said so much, everyone should understand. The pressure tube is very fragile, so be careful when storing it. If there is anything you still don’t understand, please feel free to call us.
