This patch of hydraulic hose is SAE 100 R15. Hydraulic hose is one of the most used rubber hose in modern industry. It widely serves in any hydraulic systems in vehicle, automotive production, steel making, power plant, etc. For such hose, there are 2 kinds of reinforces. One is four layers of steel wire spiral for the sizes that are smaller than 1 inch. While the other one is six layers of steel wire spiral for the sizes that are larger than 1 inch. From the reinforce we can see it has excellent pressure resistance. While the max working pressure can reach 42Mpa. In order to make it more safe to use such high pressure hose, the safety factor can be 4:1. That means the burst pressure can be 168Mpa. Thus you can use it safely.
According to client’s requirement, we pack the hose with woven cloth. And it is 40 meters per roll. In fact, we Orientflex offers you custom service. That means you can ask for any other package methods like paper box, pallet, etc.
