On last Sunday, Orientflex loaded a container of multipurpose hose and will deliver it to Southeast Asia.
As the name shows, multipurpose hose has multiple functions. It can deliver both air and water. What’s more, it can deliver high temperature medium like high temp steam and hot water. As for the high temp resistance, it can deliver the medium with a max temp of 80℃. Thus it can be suitable for most of the water and steam deliver project. Orientflex provides you custom hose. While that means all the factors like color, package, printing, etc can be customized.
Before the loading, our QC person has already inspected this patch of hoses. While the inspection including property test and appearance check. Property tests include hardness test, tensile strength test, aging test, etc. Then we will check if the color is right and if there was any mistake on the printing. After these tests, we will pack the multi purpose hose with the method and client ask for.
Besides, there is another important thing need to consider. That is the volume of the hose roll. The size of the container is fixed. So we need to measure the diameter of the roll. Then we need to calculate how many rolls can the container contain. In a word, we need to make a plan to load more rolls or save much space.
After the loading, in order to avoid the goods fall, we hang a protection net on the door. Then client can get the intact rubber hose.
