Until now, Orientflex has been established for 14 years. At the beginning, there are only 3 members. But after 14 years’ development, we have 108 staff now. Some members entry recent years. While there are several members who has been worked with Orient over 10 years. In the annual ceremony site, they recalled the moment when they come to Orient at the beginning.
It was a heavy snowy day, said the general manager of financial department. “At that time, there are only 5 staff and we worked in my house. On the snowy day, I back to home and cook a soap for us. It’s feeling like that we are a family and the young staff are my child”, said manager Li.
The person in charge of Zhengding base Engineer Wu shared a story between us and client. “At that time, I worked as the quality inspector. Once a client from Russia come here to visit our factory. When he came here, it was 1:30 in the afternoon. And the clients want to eat fish. But the restaurant were closed. I have no choice to call my friend to ask for some fish. Then I take the fish to the restaurant and ask them to cook. Finally, clients are satisfied with that”.
Then each of them shared the experience when they came here at the beginning. Look to the back, it has been 10 years. Katya Yan said that when she talking the stories, it seems those were just happened few days ago. Unconsciously, it has passed 10 years.
