Since set up in 2010, OrientFlex held weekly meetings every two weeks. The weekly meeting is mainly to summarize the works during the two weeks and find out the weak links. Then propose an effective solution to strength them.
On May 7th, the planned weekly meeting is coming. However, it’ not that simple. It’s a special meeting. Then how special it is?
It’s the first weekly meeting for the PK activity
In the former article we know that there is an event in OrientFlex, that is the PK activity in May and June. In this event, we set the target to achieve 7.8 million USD sales in the two months. While this meeting is the beginning of such activity. In the meeting, our leader John Wu give a speech. “We must constantly improve our service level”, said John Wu. Service is always the first class of our company. It’s as important as the quality of products. However, it’s more important than products in a way.
According to John Wu, we should focus on the quick answer, problem solving, delivery time and all of the service links. In fact, these are what we do everyday, but it’s not enough. We need to improve all of the service links. This is also the symbol of our value that “The best solution and create value for clients”.
Another special point is the coming Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is coming on May 8th, thus we arrange a special activity in the meeting. Each of the 6 team prepares a song to show their love to mother. Many of our members has became mothers, so I want to show my respect to the mothers in OrientFlex. Thanks for your contribution to the family and the company.
