On June 13th, a VIP client Josef from German come to our company to have a visit. He is the CEO of a group company which own several branches in the world.
How we know each other
In fact, we know each other by a branch. In 2013, we made a deal with a company in South America. While the company is the branch of the group. The first cooperation is a huge success. In the later years, we keep good cooperation relationships with each other. 3 Years later in 2016, we meet each other face to face on the Canton Fair. Since then, our relationship has been deepened greatly. In the later years, we constantly put our relationship to a new level.
At the same time, our products and service made them a huge success in their region. Therefore, the branch strongly recommended us to its headquarters. Then, the CEO Josef decides to have a visit to us. On June 13th, 2024, a party of four leaded by Josef comes to our company and begins the visit.

While receiving the message that Josef will visit us, we set up the reception group In the first instance. After that, we made the reception plan and request. Then we made a rehearsal for the reception. The accompanying persons include translator, sales, QC, engineer, plant manager, etc. In order to impress on our clients, we set up a sample room within the shortest time before clients coming.
Considering there are 4 clients who has a luggage each one, we arranged 2 commercial vehicles to pick them up. After simple greetings, we went to factory and begin the visit. The first visit is to the production line, because a patch of client’s goods is being produced. Tidy workshop, advanced production equipment and well-regulated production line impressed them. After that, our engineer and QC personnel introduced the quality inspection process and relevant test machine. Most importantly, they elaborated how we Orientflex guarantee the quality.
The visit lasted few hours and clients are satisfied with that. After the visit, clients will back to Europe at 5 p.m. And there was no time left for a dinner. Considered that, our engineer bought KFC for clients, which deeply moved them. On the way to the airport, Josef sent us many messages to show his appreciation to us. And our service really impressed him.
