Pesticide and fertilizer spraying
Pesticide spraying
In agricultural production, crops need to be regularly controlled for pests and diseases. PVC spray hose sprays pesticides evenly on the surface of crops to form a protective film, which effectively prevents the invasion of pests and diseases. PVC spray pipes are corrosion-resistant. Therefore, they can resist the chemical erosion of pesticides and ensure the service life and spraying effect of the pipes.
Foliar fertilization
Foliar fertilization through PVC spray pipes is also a common application method. Spray the diluted fertilizer solution on the leaves of crops through the spray pipe. Fertilizer can be quickly absorbed by crops through the pores and cuticle on the surface of the leaves, thereby replenishing the nutrients needed for crop growth. Especially in the late stage of crop growth, when the root absorption capacity is weakened, foliar fertilization can play a role in quickly replenishing nutrients and improving crop yield and quality.
Greenhouse environment control
Cooling and humidification
In greenhouses, PVC spray pipes can be used for cooling and humidification in summer. By installing spray pipes on the top or inside of the greenhouse, fine water mist is sprayed into the indoor space during high temperature periods. Water mist evaporates and absorbs heat, which can effectively reduce indoor temperature. At the same time, it increases air humidity and creates a suitable growth environment for crops.
Carbon dioxide fertilization
Some advanced greenhouse cultivation technologies use PVC spray pipes for carbon dioxide fertilization. Carbon dioxide gas is mixed with water through a special device to form a carbonate solution. Then it is evenly sprayed in the greenhouse through a spray pipe. Carbon dioxide is an important raw material for plant photosynthesis. Therefore, appropriately increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide can promote plant photosynthesis and improve the photosynthetic efficiency and yield of crops.
