Pneumatic hoses are commonly used hoses in everyone’s daily life, but I don’t know much about pneumatic hose connectors. As a professional manufacturer of pneumatic hoses, I will introduce the major categories of pneumatic hose connectors.
1. Quick-plug pipe joint: It is often used for the connection of nylon pipe and polyurethane pipe in pneumatic circuit. After the pipe is inserted during use, it is snapped and fixed by the elastic snap ring in the pipe joint, and sealed by an O-ring. When the pipe is unloaded, it is easy to pull out the pipe by pressing down the elastic snap ring. There are many types of quick-plug pipe joints, and the size series is also very complete. It is the most widely used hose joint.
2. Quick-change joint: It is a pipe joint that does not require tools and can achieve fast loading and unloading. It is especially suitable for pipelines that require frequent assembly and disassembly. The quick-change type pipe joint has a unidirectional element inside. When the joints are interconnected, they are positioned by steel balls and the gas paths on both sides are connected. When the joint is disconnected, the gas path is disconnected and there is no need to install an air source switch. Quick-change joints have internal thread, external thread, metric thread, cylindrical pipe thread, conical pipe thread, one end is thread, the other end is pagoda joint, both ends are pagoda joint and both ends are thread, etc. The connector body is made of brass or steel. The surface of brass joints is generally nickel-chrome plated.
3. Quick-screw pipe joint: Its structure has a circular arc-shaped boss on the outer cone surface of the joint body. When taking over, the hose is sleeved on the outer cone surface of the joint body and the nut can be tightened to play a sealing role. It is suitable for the connection of nylon pipes and plastic pipes.
4. Pagoda pipe joint: It is suitable for the connection of rubber pipe and plastic pipe. When the working pressure is> 0.4Mpa, the hose must be tightened with a clamp or a wire to prevent the joint from falling off or leaking.
The above are the main types of pneumatic joints introduced to you, I hope to help everyone.
