Steam pipe products are commonly used hoses in everyday life, but do you know the production process of steam pipes? As a professional steam pipe manufacturer, the following introduces the steam pipe production process.
(1) Main production process of steam pipeline (main inspection process):
Cold rolled tube heating, perforated tube, rolled tube, steel tube reheating, sizing, heat treatment, finished tube straightener, finishing machine (non-destructive, physical, chemical, stage inspection) tube preparation and inspection
2 The main production process of cold-rolled (drawing) steam pipe:
Billet preparation, pickling, lubrication, cold rolling (drawing), heat treatment, straightening and finishing inspection
The production process of general steam pipes can be divided into cold drawn and hot rolled. The production process of cold rolled steam pipes is generally more complicated than hot rolling. The annealing process is performed, and the acidic liquid is used for pickling and annealing, and a large amount of blistering on the surface is observed during the pickling. If a large amount of blistering occurs, the quality of the steel pipe cannot reach the corresponding standard.
The transport state of the hot-rolled steam pipe is usually transported in a hot-rolled state after heat treatment. After the quality inspection, the hot-rolled steam pipes are strictly selected manually by the staff. After the quality inspection, the surface is oiled, and then several cold-drawing tests are performed, and the hot-rolling treatment is followed by a piercing test. If the diameter of the perforation is too large, a straightening correction is performed. After straightening, the conveyor is sent to the flaw detector for flaw detection experiments. Finally, the conveyor is marked, formatted, and put into the warehouse.
Round billet heating and perforating three-roller cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion stripping sizing (or reduction) cooling straightening hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) mark storage steam pipe is perforated from steel ingots or solid billets, then Hot rolled, cold rolled or cold drawn. The specifications of the steam pipe are expressed in millimeters of outer diameter * wall thickness.
