Appearance cracks on rubber sandblasting hose
In a cold environment, cracks on the outer surface of the rubber sand blasting hose will cause the rubber sandblasting hose to bend. If cracks appear on the surface, observe whether the inner rubber layer has cracks. Therefore, do not move the sandblasting hose at will in a cold environment. Do it indoors if necessary. If you need to work for a long time in a relatively cold environment, please replace the cold resistant rubber hose.
Bubbles appear on the surface of the sandblasting hose
If the rubber sandblasting hose bubbles in the middle, it is mainly due to the production quality problems of the rubber sand blaster hose. Therefore, a qualified hose should be replaced in time. If bubbles appear on the hose joint, it may be due to improper installation of the joint.
The connection end of the joint and the hose has two forms: folding and buckling. The detachable joint sheath and joint core are hexagonal, and the outer wall of the joint core is conical, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly of the hose.
After the joint core is connected to the nut, a steel wire is inserted to prevent loosening. The buckle hose joint consists of a joint jacket and a joint core. When assembling, the outer rubber layer needs to be peeled off. The joint jacket is put into the joint core head and tightened. Then use the mold on the special equipment to buckle the hose. So that the hose can obtain a certain amount of compression to achieve a tight connection.
