Types of metal hose fitting
DPJ type
Structure:
DPJ male end type metal hose joint is the outstretch product of JB/GQ 0552/83 D95-5. Such joint absorbs zin alloy material and is press casting. While the surface is zinc or chromium coating or dull polishing. The structure is close with high strength. Besides, the connection to metal hose is reliable. Moreover, it looks very nice.
Such joint belongs to end type. Thus it straightly connect the hose to equipment. It’s suitable for JS, JSH, JSB and JSHG type metal hoses.
DKJ type
Structure
DKJ ferrule fitting can connect unscrewed steel pipe to hose. It helps omit the thread process, thus you just need to insert the screw. The material and surface treatment is the same with DPJ type. Because such fitting is ferrule type, it to connect metal hose on unscrewed steel pipe. It’s suitable for think steel wire pipe, water and gas pipe.
DGJ type
The material and features are the same with above fittings. However, it belongs to self-fixed fitting. Therefore, it can connect unscrewed steel pipe or wire outgoing into hose.
Besides above fittings, there are 45º, 90º, Y type and T type fittings. While each one has its unique function.
