Avoid the contact between industrial hose and other materials
Hose should not come into contact with solvent, fuel, oil, grease, acid and other organic liquids. In addition, direct contact with some metals such as manganese, iron, copper and their alloys can have adverse effects on some rubbers. Thus you should avoid the contact with PVC and corrosion-impregnated wood or fabric.
Heat source
You must pay attention to the temp critical point. When the temp exceeds the critical level, use a heat shield 1 meter away.
Electric or magnetic field
When storing hoses, exclude the changes in electric or magnetic fields. Because changes in electric or magnetic fields can cause currents to flow through the metal joints. Then it causes the joints to heat up. High-voltage cables or high-frequency motors can also cause similar situations.
Storage conditions
You should the store the rubber tube in a spacious place. Because this can avoid squeezing or other deformation. Besides, avoid contact with objects that can pierce or cut. Then store the rubber hose on a dedicated rack or dry surface. Store coiled hose to avoid accumulation. When stacking of coiled hose can not be avoided, stack it at a height that avoids permanent deformation of the underlying hose. During storage, the diameter of the hose coil must not affect product performance. It can not be less than the diameter. Never support or hang the coiled hose. In addition, it is better to store hoses for delivery straight and never bent.
