The first type is flared pipe joints.
Install this kind of tubing joint, the most important thing is to control the expansion of the end of the pipe. Otherwise, if the flaring is too large, it will affect the sealing effect and may even cause cracks. Specifically, the installation of such joints first requires everyone to pay attention to the proper tightening torque when tightening the nut of the pipe joint, and a torque wrench must be used when tightening. The second is to pay attention to one-time operation as much as possible. If the copper tube is disassembled and then reassembled, the new copper tube must be replaced, re-flared and reloaded.
If you want to install the flared joint, the bending angle of the pipe must be correct, the length of the pipe must be moderate, and it cannot be too long or too short, otherwise it will not be guaranteed that the flared joint is close to leak easily. It is also very important that the processing quality of the joint must be reliably guaranteed, that all aspects of the joint meet the requirements for use and installation, and that a sufficiently good assembly effect can be achieved.
The second type is the detachable hose connector.
When assembling this kind of tubing joint, you should first clamp the joint jacket on the vise, and screw the tube end of the hose with the stripped rubber layer into the jacket in the left-hand direction. When it is screwed into the bottom, screw the joint core dipped in lubricating oil into the inner hole of the hose. In order to avoid the hose rotating at the same time, the hex nut rotated to the joint core touches the shoulder of the jacket.
The third kind is the ferrule type pipe joint.
The construction of this kind of joint is to prepare the pipe first. Then the preparation for installation is carried out, followed by the pre-installation of the ferrule with the pre-installed joint body after quenching treatment. After the original installation is done as required, the final installation is done. The final installation operation is to insert the pre-installed pipe end of the ferrule into the joint body and tighten the nut by hand. Then use an open-end wrench to tighten the nut without a sleeve, until you feel that the resistance suddenly increases, then continue to turn the nut 1/4 turn; finally, it will be in the manual pre-installed joint body or the ferrule pre-installed machine Insert the pre-installed ferrule into the connector body, and continue to tighten the nut in this part according to the requirements of the previous step.
The fourth kind, high-pressure hose connector.
For this type of tubing joint, the first thing to pay attention to is whether the hose is moving or stationary, the bending part must start at least 1.5 times its diameter; secondly, pay attention not to pull when moving the hose to the extreme position Too tight to maintain a relatively relaxed state; during the entire installation process, the hose can not be twisted and deformed, and should be far away from the heat radiation member, while also preventing the hose from being damaged.
