Tubular pipe expansion joint

It is sealed by expanding the end of the oil pipe 1 under the compression of the pipe sleeve. This kind of pipe joint has a simple internal structure and is suitable for the connection of copper pipes, tubular steel pipes, nylon pipes and plastic pipes. It is suitable for medium and high pressure pipeline control systems, and can also be used for water and air pressure pipeline control systems. The max organizational working pressure depends on the pipe material and pipe diameter, which is specified as 3.5~16MPa.

Welded pipe joint

It is welded by the pipe and the inner core of the joint. The spherical surface of the inner core of the joint is closely connected with the conical hole surface of the joint body. Therefore, it has the advantages of good sealing and high pressure resistance. This joint is suitable for pipeline control systems with hydraulic oil as the medium. The organizational working pressure is ≤32MPa. The welding amount is large during installation, and the welding quality is required to be high, and it is inconvenient to install and disassemble.

Sleeve pipe joint

It is sealed by clamping the oil pipe with a very elastic sleeve. Its characteristics are simple internal structure and convenient and quick installation. However, it has high requirements for the volume accuracy of the oil pipe wall. The ferrule type pipe joint is suitable for high-pressure connection. The ferrule type pipe joint is used for pipeline control systems with oil and gas as the medium. The applicable pressure coverage range has two levels: medium pressure level 16MPa; high pressure level 32MPa.
