Joint falls off in the connection to rubber hose is a common problem for hose manufactures. This problem prolongs the process period and then causes delivery time delay. Besides, it may caused rubber hose break. This not only cause huge time and cost waste, but also affect the reputation of the whole company. But this problem seldom happens in Orientflex. Then how Orientflex deal with such problem?
Before introducing you the solution, let’s analyze the reasons that cause joint falling first. In general, there are 2 factors that cause such problem.
The first one is the joint factor
Several joint problems can cause joint fall off in the connection process. First, the joint design is not reasonable. For example, the size of the joint can not match that of the rubber hose. Second, the improper surface treatment. For example, the dirty and other residues on the joint will affect the connection quality.
The second one is the hose factor
If the hose is not a good quality one, the joint will not be able to be connected on it. In another hand, the pressure resistance of the rubber hose is important. If the hose has a poor pressure resistance, the rubber hose joint will fall off during the connection.
How Orientflex deal with such problem?
First, we produce and use the top grade rubber hose and fitting. After the production, we will test 30% of the hoses on quality and properties, most importantly, the pressure resistance. In general, a rubber hose with a 4 times burst pressure can be a good quality one. While Orientflex hose exceeds this standard. Thus the hose joint will not fall off in the connection.
