How the length of metal hose affect

Metal hose is a great hose pipe in modern industry. Compared to normal PVC hose and rubber hose, it has great properties. First, it can work at tough conditions. For example, it can bear high temp up to 600℃. Besides, it can work at outdoors no matter it’s rainy or snowy. Second, it can resist acid, alkali and oil. While this makes it has a long service life. Third, it has a strong structure. Thus it can bear more pressure and impact. What’s more, it can absorb the noise and shock in the pipe system. However, you should choose a proper length for your work. Otherwise there will be some problems.

Select the length of the metal hose

When the metal hose is in work condition, various problems often occur due to improper choice of the length. For example, the stainless steel hose pipe used for the compensator is so long that it may be unstable. If the metal hose pipe at the pump outlet is too long, it will cause additional vibration. While if the flex steel hose is too long in the pipe system, it will cause great fluid resistance.

By reduce its length, the above problems can of course be avoided. But simple scaling can not achieve, vibration reduce and noise cancel. At the same time, other advantages of SS flex hose will not able to play a part. Therefore, the the length of the metal hose is an important issue.
