First, according to the equipment condition (temperature) and the condition of the hydraulic medium, choose the appropriate high pressure hose. High pressure hose operating temperature is too high or too low will affect the life and pressure performance of the hose, so to use the hose within its limits, the task temperature is not up to the limit of the system for a long time, should use soft pipe sheath.
Second, according to the pressure of the system, determine the maximum task pressure of the high pressure hose. Each high pressure hose has a maximum task pressure, high pressure hose bursting pressure is 3-4 times of the maximum task pressure, high pressure hose pressure, the higher the price is, so according to the practice pressure of the system, choose the maximum task pressure of high pressure hose, that is, can ensure the normal operation of the system, and save procurement costs. If the system impact pressure frequency is high, the high pressure hose with high pulse life should be selected, and the maximum task pressure of the high pressure hose should be appropriately purchased.
Third, choose the inner diameter of the high pressure hose according to the flow. Too small pipe diameter will increase the flow rate of the medium in the pipe, make the system heat, reduce efficiency, and will occur too large pressure drop, affecting the function of the whole system. Pipe diameter will increase the procurement cost, affect the normal operation of the system, so the hose diameter should be appropriate. When the high pressure hose must be fixed with pipe clip or hose through the steel plate, we should also pay attention to the outer diameter of the hose.
Fourth, when choosing high pressure hose, we should pay attention to the bending radius of high pressure hose. The holding length of the front joint should be subtracted when calculating the bending radius. If the bending radius of the installed hose is too small, it will reduce the pressure bearing performance of the hose and reduce its service life.
