1. Observe whether the lumen is regular and the wall thickness is uniform. The inner cavity and outer edge of the good quality PVC steel tube are in a standard circular shape, and the annular tube wall is evenly distributed. Taking a PVC steel pipe with an inner diameter of 89 mm and a wall thickness of 7 mm as an example, the thickest wall of the poor quality can reach 7.5 mm, and the thinnest part is only 5.5 mm. Working under a large pressure, it is easy to uneven the wall of the pipe. The PVC steel wire tube bursts or deforms, which affects normal use.
2. Observe whether there are bubbles or other visible objects on the PVC steel tube wall, whether it is colorless and transparent. The high quality PVC steel wire tube is crystal clear and free of any impurities. The color of the defective PVC steel pipe is yellow, which may be caused by decomposition, aging or improper storage during the production process due to improper handling.

5. When measuring the wall thickness, the two ends of the PVC steel wire hose should be cut off, and the middle pipe should be selected as the sample test to prevent some unscrupulous manufacturers from making a fuss at the two ends of the pipe. The actual wall thickness is thinner than the two ends of the pipe.
6. Cut a few centimeters of steel wire at both ends of the PVC steel wire hose and fold the steel wire repeatedly to check the strength and toughness of the steel wire. A poor quality steel wire will break when it is folded one or two times, and the wire of a high quality PVC steel wire pipe needs special tools to be cut off. The quality of the steel wire determines the quality of the entire pipe, and the PVC steel pipe that causes quality problems due to the steel wire is prone to irreversible deformation.
