Classification: According to the different wire layer structure, it can be divided into winding wire tube and crocheted wire tube
Uses: Agriculture, industrial water transfer, suitable for ordinary pressure environment
Features: Good weather resistance, good negative pressure resistance, soft, flexible, abrasion-resistant, UV-resistant
Conventional color: transparent white, transparent color (such as transparent yellow, transparent green, transparent light blue, etc.); the color can be customized (Pantone color number is required, or a color reference sample is required, only the picture will have errors)
Note: color bars can be added, the usual red and blue lines are sent out or red, white and blue bars (no cost); if it is other color bar styles, it is required open mold.
Operating temperature: minus 5℃ to 65℃
Production steps:
Pelletizing → feeding → extruding inner tube → cooling → winding wire layer → extruding outer tube → cooling → coding and printing → traction → coiling → packaging → warehousing
Range of specifications and conventional wall thickness: the range of specifications that can be made: 5mm-75mm; the range of conventional specifications: 6mm-50mm;
Conventional length: 4-10mm conventional 100m/roll, 12mm-25mm conventional 50m/roll, 32-50mm conventional 30m/roll
Conventional printing method and color: conventional inkjet printing, the color is black, and the meter mark can be printed with adjustable spacing; for special printing, a printing wheel can be used (only one color can be used, and the spacing is not adjustable)
Conventional packaging method: tube inflatable sealing + transparent film winding packaging
