PVC fire hose structure introduction
PVC fire hose specifications range from 19-33mm. The water inlet is connected by Rc1 copper gate valve, and the water outlet adopts Rc1/2 ball valve with nozzle diameter of φ6mm as the spray gun. The fire hose reel is composed of valves, input pipes, spokes, support frames, rocker arms, hoses and nozzles. It is used as a fire extinguishing agent and is usually installed in an indoor fire hydrant box. It is a new type of indoor fixed fire fighting device. Suitable for fighting fires from Class A carbohydrates such as paper, wood and cotton fabrics.
PVC fire hose reel installation instructions
When installing, pull out the split pin, connect the arm to the fixed base through the fixed rotating shaft, install the split pin, and then install the fire hose in the fire hydrant box with the anchor bolt, and stabilize the fire hydrant box and the wall.
PVC fire hose use method
Open the reel, remove the gun, and pull the hose out quickly from the reel; open the inlet valve and open the valve against the fire source to extinguish the fire. After use, the reel flow channel, pressure hose, and residual water in the spray gun should be drained to prevent the pressure hose and spray from cracking. This product should not be exposed to the sun and rain for a long time.
PVC fire hose reel maintenance
After the fire hose reel is installed, it should be checked regularly (usually once every two months). Check if the joints are loose and the hose is aging. Open the shut-off valve connected to the water supply pipe joint and check whether the water supply pipe leaks. When the leak is found, find out the cause and repair or replace the parts in time. If there is any problem, please replace it in time.
