Welcome to visit us in Pauma China 2024
On Jan.7th, 2023, all the members of Orientflex get together to attend the 2022 annual meeting. Such event contents mainly 2 parts, summery and award ceremony. Let’s see what happened on Jan.7th.
First of all, get together.
Since 7:30 am, the members comes into the meeting hall one after another. At the door, they sign in and each one get a red scarf. Because red is the most popular color for Chinese people. Then all the members comes before 8:00 am. In fact, our support team has already prepared many kinds of snakes.
Second, leaders’ speech
First, our vice general manager gives the speech. In the speech, she summarizes the works in the past 1 year. Then she indicates the weak subjects that we did. In the coming year, we will work hard on the weak subjects and continue strengthen the advantages.
Then, our general manager gives the speech. He also summarizes the past and makes the plan for next year.
In 2023, we will continue these works:
1. Talents Develop
Talent is the most important factor for 21 century. In 2022, 23 members join Orientflex. Thus we will make efforts to make them develop fast. Besides, we will strengthen the train. Then improve their knowledge and operation. So that they can be more and more professional. Then we Orientflex can be better and better.
Besides, we will continue cooperate with school. What’s more, we will set up relationship with more famous universities and colleges. And develop foreign trade talents for the society.
2. Quality Control
Since set up in 2006, quality is always the most important factor to us. Thus we make every efforts to offer you the best hose products. In the next year, we will continue focus on the quality control. While in order to achieve lower quality problem, we improve our quality control team. In the future, we promise you our products will be better and better.
