After the new year greetings and dragon searching, here comes the award ceremony. In the whole year of 2023, we held 3 PK activities. While in the annual meeting, we award the 11-12 month PK and the annual awards.
In the 11-12 month PK, all the sales works hard. Many people achieved the goals that they set in the beginning of this activity. For the award ceremony, we set personal awards and team awards. For the personal awards, we set “king of sales”, “increased client sales”, “star of growth”, ”star of performance” and the “increased client number”. While for each award, we set the first place, second place and third place.
Then for the team awards, we set “the best team” and “the excellent digital office” and “model of hygiene”. Congratulation to team Chongfeng, digital group and financial department which get above awards respectively.
Besides above traditional awards, we set some new awards this year
First of all, the digital group award. In 2023, we put the Jindie digital office software online. Then we need to transfer millions of data into the new app. It’s really a huge project with various problems. However, with the hard work of our professional digital group, the work goes smoothly and effectively. Another one is the “professor of QC and client reception”. Because of the meticulous working attitude and professional skills, each batch of hoses are 100% qualified before the delivery. What’s more, when the clients visiting our factory, our QC professor Mr.Kang was awarded this award.
