Orientflex held the first quarter meeting

On April 7th, 2024, Orientflex held the first quarter meeting of 2024. While the whole meeting is separated into 4 parts. And they are new member introduction, data report, leader giving speech and the birthday party respectively.

First, the new member introduction

In the first quarter, 11 new members joined Orientflex. While 3 of them have already be our staff formally. As the part of our win-win principle, Orientflex always pays attention to the development of new staff. We promise each new staff will get a systematic training. At the same period of last year, we have 80 staff. But now, we have 106 staff. Last, welcome all the new members for joining us. And hope you can be bright in your posts.

Second, the date report

Compared to the performance in the same period of last year, we get a 15% growth this year. While compared to the last month, we get a 25% growth. In the first quarter, we finished 80% of the goal that we set in the beginning of 2024. While we participated in 4 foreign exhibitions in the last three months.

According to the analysis, the global economic weakness and war are the main factors that cause our performance is not as good as our expectation. But in any case, we will work harder and harder to provide our clients high quality product and perfect service.

Third, leader’s speech

In the meeting, our general manager John Wu analyzed the data above. Besides, he introduced the difference of the foreign exhibition with those in the past years. The most obvious felling is there are less buyer than before. While the main reason is the global demand decrease. But we always make progress in the adversity. So we believe we can create a new miracle.

Last, the birthday party

Since setting up in 2010, Orientflex always insists the win-win principle with staff. While we have 8 members born in April. So we take this opportunity to hold a birthday party for them. Wish them always be happy and all of them can grow in Orientflex. Of course, hope all of them can achieve the goal of the whole year.
