In the daily dialogue with our clients, they will ask the details about hose products or factory information. To be honest, some of the questions are these that we never refer to. Therefore, we can’t give a certain answer immediately. For such occasion, we make plans to study in our factory regularly.
On March 22, 2022, our 4 members including 3 sales and 1 operator went to factory at the lead of general manager John Wu. This time we mainly learn special hose like peristaltic pump hose, composite hose, non-conductive furnace hose, PTFE teflon hose and ultra abrasion resistant sewer cleaning hose.
We have a visit to the workshop and the whole production line including raw material feeding, extruding, all the tests, braid or spiral, reinforcing, external rubber or steel wire covering, vulcanizing, crimping and packing. As the saying hoes “It’s better to see oneself rather than to hear from many times”, the experience in factory is much better than the knowledge on books and online. We can see the whole produce procedures personally, thus we have deep impression on the production.
During the visit, we learn much about the details of these hoses. It not only increase our knowledge, but also make us more professional. That also means our team and company will be more and more professional, though we are professional presently.
