In the beginning of 2024, Orientflex Labour Union Committee was awarded as the Model of Staff Family by Hebei Labour Union.
Since Orientflex setting up in 2010, we always insists win-win with our staff. Therefore, we set a series of welfare for staff. Besides the team building and attendance bonus, we celebrate the birthday of our staff.
Orientflex labour union was set up in 2017. Since then, we always insists putting people first. With such principle, our labour union constantly seeks welfare for the staff. In order to supply better guarantee to staff, we actively participate in the staff mutual help activity. Besides, we set business college and reading room for staff to study. What’s more, we set a room for mother and child. Because most of our staff are women. And sometimes they don’t have much time to company their children. On such occasion, we specially set the mother and child room for our staff to take care their children. Of course, what our labour union do is far more than these.
Because of these efforts, Orientflex labour union was awarded as the Model of Staff Family. In the new era, Orientflex labour union will constantly improve the service level and reinforce the cohesion.
