Oil resistant hose is a common material in industry. In fact, such rubber oil hose has many types. In hydraulic system, oil proof hose is just the hydraulic hose. Things to note when using oil resistant hose
First of all, each oil transfer hose has a certain bending radius. While you keep the hose beyond the min bending radius. Because over bending for a long time will break the hose and cause leakage. Besides, if there was steel wire inside the rubber fuel hose, it will cause damage to the steel wire.
Second, if you add pressure to the hose, do that gently. Because suddenly pressuring will cause huge impact to the inner tube. If the pressure is extremely high, it may damage the hose.
Third, if you need to transport the rubber fuel pipe, never drag it on the ground. Because that will wear out the out rubber layer. Then the reinforce layer will be in danger.
