Oil tank hoses are specially designed for oil tanker trucks, railway tanker trucks and loading operations in factories and oil fields to transfer and transport petroleum products. When choosing the right hose for a particular application, working pressure is a crucial factor.

CONSTRUCTION

This hose (the innermost layer) is in direct contact with the petroleum liquid. It is made of NBR. This material has excellent oil resistance (RMA A grade), good heat resistance, high wear resistance and anti-aging ability. It is compatible with gasoline, diesel, up to 55% aromatics and other petroleum products.

The reinforcement is designed to support the structure of the hose. The reinforcement of the fuel tank hose includes multiple high-strength tire cord layers and built-in spiral steel wires. It provides protection against squeezing or kicking of the hose.

Cover is the outermost or visible part of the hose. It is exposed to environment and designed to be a protective layer against destructive damages from the environment. Cover of the tank hose is made of neoprene, which has a good resistance against oil, ozone, sunlight, acid and alkali, flame, wear and other petroleum products.

APPLICATION:

This hose is designed for transferring gasoline, biodiesel up to B20, ethanol up to E85 and other petroleum products. Ideal for gravity flow or suction service from tank trucks, tank cars and bulk plants. And its optimum working temperature ranges from -30°F to +180°F (-34.4℃ to 82.2℃).
