1. Care must be taken to maintain and use oxygen hoses and acetylene hoses to keep the hoses clean and free from damage. Avoid sunlight, rain and snow, and prevent contact with substances that can damage the hose, such as acids and alkalis, oils and other organic solvents. The storage temperature is -15 ° C ~ 40 ° C, the distance should be no less than 1 meter.
2. When the new hose is in use, the talc powder on the inner wall of the hose must be blown out to prevent the passage of the welding torch from being blocked. In use, avoid external compression and mechanical damage, and do not fold the tube.
3. Oxygen and acetylene hoses must not be mixed and replaced with each other. Do not use oxygen hoses to blow off the blockage of acetylene hoses. At the same time, the defects such as air leakage and blockage of the welding torch should be checked and eliminated at any time to prevent the formation of a mixture of oxygen and acetylene in the hose. If a tempering occurs and the fuel enters the oxygen hose, the hose cannot be used any more and the new tube must be replaced. Because tempering often burns out the inner rubber layer of the regulation, compressing pure oxygen is a strong oxidant. If you continue to use it, it will lose its normal safety. The gas cutting operation requires a large amount of oxygen output, so the valve connected to the ear cylinder (or oxygen line) with the high-pressure end of the oxygen should be fully open to ensure adequate flow and stable pressure. Although the low-pressure meter has been shown to indicate the working pressure, the pressure suddenly drops when oxygen is used, and tempering is likely to occur at this time and may fall into the oxygen hose to cause an explosion.
