PVC pipes are common components in daily life. However, improper operation can easily cause the pipe to deform and may even cause the pipe to rupture. Let me introduce to you the precautions for its management.
Assembly
Select the appropriate hose size connector.
When installing and using, the end of the hose must be rounded.
When the coupling is installed on the hose, apply grease to the coupling and hose and do not use an open flame. If installation is not possible, heat the hose with hot water and install it in the connector.
Make sure there is enough tightening space to prevent damage to the hose.
Check for exceptions regularly
A regular inspection system must be implemented during the use of hoses.
The service life of the hose is affected by the physical and chemical properties of the carrier, temperature, flow, pressure, amplitude and frequency. If there are any abnormal signs, stop the machine immediately and replace it.
PVC hose storage
After using the hose, remove any residue inside.
Store indoors or in a dry and ventilated place.
Make packaging as large as possible.
The distance between the water storage belt and the heat source should not be less than 1M. And no discharge equipment such as ozone or sparks can be produced nearby.
