Our concrete placement hose offers greater durability and lower overall replacement costs. It is used to conduct wet cement, plaster, grout, wet shotcrete and concrete to building structures, dams, tunnel faces and swimming pools.
In general, the hose with a abrasion loose smaller than 70mm³ can be regarded as a high quality concrete rubber hose. But Orientflex hose can reach 50-65mm³. Thus our hose has a much longer service life than the general hoses. Because we have higher standards.
According to different pressure requirement, we offer you 3 types of concrete hose. The first one is 40 bar hose, then the second one is 55 bar. While the third one is 85 bar. The 40 bar hose is reinforced with 1 or 2 layers of steel wire, while the 85 bar hose is reinforced with 4 layers of steel wire.
