Therefore, you should check the purity of raw material strictly before put into production. Besides, you should check the temperature sensor regularly.

The surface is not smooth because the melt temperature is not that suitable or use bad quality raw material. Thus you have to change high quality raw material, you should adjust the melt temperature as well.

Scratch on the surface

There is scratch on the surface because there is sand or stone on the sizing sleeve, support board or sealing ring. So you’d better clean them regularly.

Groove on the inner wall

The reason is that the pipe is too thick, so the melt can’t cool. Then the flow appears. You can try the central cooling system or reduce the temperature of neck mould and core mould.
