Suction and discharge hoses have excellent wear resistance and are mainly to transport abrasive materials, such as sand and other bulk materials. Today, I will introduce you sand blast hose designed for sand transfer and sand removal.
Sandblasting hose also called flexible enhanced sandblasting hose. It is a suction and discharge hose that works with an air compressor.
The rubber material gives the sandblasting hose excellent wear resistance and durable life. The blast hose can be flanged to facilitate tight installation and removal on the pipe.
Unlike other rubber hoses and suction hoses, sandblast hose uses cord or fabric and spiral steel wire as reinforce.
Inner layer: high quality rubber. Has high wear resistance. Special reinforc agents are added to the raw materials to make the inner layer highly wear-resistant, tough and high-pressure resistant. The wear resistance is equivalent to 2-3 times that of traditional sandblasting pipes.
Reinforce layer: suitable for low or high working pressure conditions. Textile + wire spiral = suitable for low working pressure apps. Cord + steel wire spiral = suitable for high working pressure apps.
