Sand blasting pipe is to spray grit, sand, shot and other abrasive materials. Thus it is also know as abrasive blast hose. 1. Before using the sandblasting hose, you must wear protective equipment. Includes glass and heavy protect clothes. Be aware that never do the sand blast work with bare arms.
2. Check the gas storage tank, pressure gauge and safety valve regularly. Vent the air tanks ever 2 weeks. Besides, check the filters in sand tanks each month. While if you find any problem of these, change new ones at once. After that, you can continue the work.
3. Check if the duct hose and the door of the sandblasting machine are sealed. Turn on the ventilation and dust removal equipment five minutes before work. While if they fails, you can not start the blasting machine.
4.Open the compressed air valve slowly. And the air pressure should not exceed 0.8MPa.
5. Granularity of sand blasting pipe should be compatible with the work. Besides, keep the sand dry.
6. When the machine start, irrelevant person should not to approach. While if need to clean the part, shut down the machine.
7. Never use the sand blast hose pipe to blow the dust in your clothes.
8. After the work, keep the ventilation and dust removal equipment work for five minutes. While this is to discharge the dust and keep the site clean.
