No matter PA, PE or PP corrugated hose, they have some generalities. First, they are flexible and kink resistant. Besides , it has great bend property. Thus it can bear heavy load. Second, they are all bright on the surface with excellent abrasion resistance. Moreover, they have great corrosion resistance and resistant to acid as well as lubricant. Last, they are all resistant to oil as well as alcohol and fuel.
Application
They are all suitable for wire protection, insulation, train station and machine producing.
Differences
Temperature
PE corrugated hose can work at -30℃-100℃ and it can reach 120℃ shortly. PP hose can work at this range as well. But it can work at 140℃ shortly. Compared with these 2 materials, PA corrugated hose has better temperature resistance. While the range is -40℃-125℃ and shortly 150℃.
Flame retardant
PE is not flame retardant. But PP and PA corrugated hose is flame retardant. Especially PA hose can reach V0.
Bearing capacity
PE pipe belongs to soft hose, thus you can flatten it with your hand. While PP corrugated hose is little harder than PE hose. However, PA hose is the strongest one. There will not be distortion and crack even an adult step on it.
