First of all, pay attention to the pressure

This can greatly extend the service life of ultra high pressure pipe. For example, the working pressure of a cleaning machine is 1200bar. Then you should choose a pipe with a working pressure of 1800-2000bar. When the pressure washer hose is not used for a long time, drain the internal water. Then roll up the hose and place them it a shelf.
Second, the size and joint of the hose should match the machine
You should select the washer hose according to the cleaning machine host. Because the pressure and flow rate of the machine have very strict regulation. Because the changes in the diameter of the pipe will affect the working impact of the front end of the water jet. To prevent accidents when the joints fall off, you should add spring guard at the joints to connect the two ends.
Last, choose a suitable size of the ultra high pressure hose
When the washer is working, avoid twisting and bending as much as possible. According to the test, the service life will reduce 1/3 if you replace a 5mm hose with a 4mm hose.
During the use, never press the pressure washer pipe with heavy things. Besides, keep your water pressure hose away from sharp things. For example, the metal edge of the machine. Sometimes you need to drag the hose frequently. Then you need a spiral hose guard to protect the washer hose from abrasion. Then it can have a longer service life.
