The transportation and storage of industrial air hose are very important, which will affect the use of the hose. The hoses need to be classified into volumes (strips) and shipped neatly. The excessive bending of the hose should be avoided.
If the industrial air hose needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or workshop dock) for some reason, the site must be flat, the hose should be neatly placed, and do the bottom pad on the cover, not pile pressure. At the same time, the industrial air hose should not be in contact with the heat source.
When handling the hose, it should not be dragged anywhere. The heavy hose should be loaded and unloaded by lifting equipment or special machinery, and the industrial air hose should be prevented from accidental damage. It is strictly prohibited to mix the hose with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent, flammable and explosive articles. The tube of the hose should not be in direct contact with goods with sharp edges. Generally, the storage of industrial air hose should not be more than two years, and should be used first, in order to prevent the storage of too long and affect the quality of the hose.
The storage of industrial air hose should pay attention to the storage of hoses in the warehouse, it should be kept clean and ventilated, the relative temperature is below 80%, the temperature in the warehouse should be maintained between -15 ~+40℃, and avoid the hose by direct sunlight and rain and snow.
In order to prevent the tube from deformation under pressure during storage, the stacking should not be too high. Generally the height of the stacking should not exceed 1.5m. And the requirements of the hose in the storage period often “stack”, generally not less than once a quarter.
