Preparation:

There are white mark belts around the flushing area. There are also communication and light facilities. Check the firmness of the entire pipe support. Then strengthen it. Besides, the work for each staff should be clear. And each one charges in his own work. A special person is in charge under the command.
Purging process:
1. Warm the pipe: slowly open the intake valve. In the meantime, open all the traps at the same time. When steam appears in the trap, adjust it to slightly open. When steam comes out of the discharge port of the flushing tube, it will be stable for a while.
2. Constant temperature: the purpose is to make the pipeline fully expand and stretch. At the same time, reflect the stress conditions such as thermal expansion and displace.
3. Purge: If there was no problem during the constant temp, you can slowly increase the air volume. Then flush the hose at pressure.
4. Times: Follow the steps of cooling down→heating tube→constant temperature→pressurized flushing. The greater the temp difference is, the better the quality of flush will be. The number of flushing hose is determined by the cleanliness of the airflow.
Check perfection:
1. When the flush line finished, open the drain valve to relieve the pressure and vent the steam.
2. Remove the exhaust pipe. Then install the heater and connect the household air outlet to complete the entire pipeline.
