Steam transfer hose brief introduction

For hot water and saturated steam, ordinary high-pressure hoses cannot work properly. However, steam hoses reinforced with braided steel wire provide the best solution. Mainly used to transport steam and control heat. The hose is very flexible and vibration-resistant. It consists of three parts: hose, steel wire and outer surface. The steam hose adopts high-quality black smooth synthetic rubber (mainly EPDM rubber) and has high temperature resistance. Therefore, the hose can transport steam safely.

What is steam?

Steam is the gaseous form of water and serves in industry as a source of heat or propulsion. Depending on temperature and pressure, steam is divided into three types: dry steam, wet steam and superheated steam. These different forms of steam can be used in a variety of applications and proper hose selection is required to ensure proper delivery of the steam. Some common apps are heating and cleaning.
