Surface finish degree
Forward polish treatment to the inner wall and outer surface to make the stainless steel bright on surface. This is also known as mirror surface. This process is mainly to prevent the medium stay inside the pipe. Because it may cause pollution and even cause block in the pipe after a long time.
Passivation layer
After the polishing, put the stainless steel pipe into the passivation pool to make the acid passivation treatment. This process will make the pipe oxidation and form a passivation layer on the surface. Then, prove the corrosion resistance performance.
Oil forbidden treatment
After the passivation, there should be a oil forbidden clean. The purpose is to eliminate the oil on the surface. Besides, we use a grease analyzer to take a test after the clean. This process is to prevent the greasy dirt of the pipe itself pollute the mediums that flow inside the pipe.
Besides these treatment, there should be hydraulic test on the pipes which bear the pressure from fluids. The purpose is to check the quality and pressure resistant performance. Only there is no leakage and expansion can be qualified.
