Sewer jetting is one of the most effective and safest ways to cleaning out drains and sewers. The first one named sewer flushing hose, which can withstand 250 bar (3750 psi) working pressure. The sewer flushing hose’s tube constructed by SBR with textile reinforcement, and the cover is NR and BR compound, which is smooth, thus make the entire hose easy to be cleaned. The construction of sewer flushing hose has an excellent abrasion resistance capacity, thus serves a long time for sewer cleaning jobs. The second one named sewer jetting hose, which is specialized design for high pressure sewer jetting equipment. The inner core constructed by neutral color seamless polyamide. The advantages of polyamide (PA), which we also call it as nylon are listed as following: It has high mechanical strength, heat resistance, low friction coefficient, and wear resistance. Nylon has good performance on oil resistance, weak acid and alkali resistance, and general solvent resistance. However PA has a high water absorption which affects the dimensional stability and electrical properties, thus the sewer jetting hose reinforced by one or two braids of high tensile synthetic fibre, which can reduce the water absorption rate, so that the sewer jetting hose can work under high humidity. The cover of the hose adopted high abrasion, mold and fungus resistant polyether-urethane. Polyether-urethane has an excellent performance on hydrolysis resistance and low temperature resistance. You can choosing 4000 psi (green) or 5000 psi (red) withstood working pressure. 4000 psi sewer jetting hoses’ sizes are ranged from 1/8’’ to 5/8’’. 5000 psi sewer jetting hoses’ sizes are ranged from 3/16’’ to 1/2’’. The max length is 120 meters.
The third one named sewer cleaning hose. The inner core is made of seamless polyolefin, rest construction material is same as the sewer jetting hose. The sewer cleaning hoses withstand a bit less working pressure than the sewer jetting hoses withstand. The sever cleaning hose can withstand 2500 psi (orange) and 3000 psi (blue) working pressure. Sizes are 3/4’’, 1’’, and 1 1/4’’.
