Pressure influence
High-pressure hose ruptures are generally caused by pressure. During the operation of engineering machinery, the pressure in the hydraulic oil pipe will suddenly appear or decrease. This will rebound the oil pressure, damage the oil seal, and make the loose operation hard and the pipe joints, so be gentle.
Irrational hose joints
When replacing high pressure hoses, the hose length, number of joints, shape and size should be reasonable. And the bends of the hose should be minimized and the joints should be tightened. Do not bend the nozzle hose, which will reduce distortion. In addition, some cracks that are prone to friction should be protected to prevent bursting.
Excessive oil temperature
During the operation of the project, the hydraulic system consumes power machinery and heats the oil. Therefore, the rubber is prone to aging. The worse the elasticity, the worse the strength and sealing performance, and the hose will burst. Therefore, during operation, when the temperature rise of the hydraulic system is too high and too fast, the cause should be found out in time and recorded and released.

1. When you move or place the hose, never bend the hose too much
2. Avoid placing it on the ground for a long time, because it is rubber, and long-term friction will affect the product
3. Advantages of real-time pressure measurement, it is best to make the performance normal and optimize dynamic changes
4. It is best to avoid being too close to the heating unit. If you can not avoid the installation position, you need a hose sleeve to protect the hose.
