How to coil up a fuel filler hose
Circled and coiled into a circle. When refuel the dispenser, the oil goes through in turn. The oil pump flower refuel hose refuel gun is finally injected into the car tank. And at the bottom of the filling gun where it is connected to the hose, there is a one-way valve that prevents the oil from backflow.
As for the oil left in the hose, it cannot be thrown out because the nozzle switch has been closed. It will not be added to the car’s fuel tank until the next owner comes to fill up.
In simple terms, it means that the oil you fill up has a tube of oil left by the previous owner and the tube you left behind is added to the next car.
How do I connect the old piping of the fuel dispenser?
1、The single dispenser pipeline should generally be 1.5 inch galvanized pipe. Both ends of the flange of the pipe should be connected across the wire, the entire tank and piping system should be well grounded and pressure resistant test.
2、Pipeline corners should be as few as possible. The horizontal distance between the dispenser and the underground tank should not normally exceed 30 meters. The vertical distance between the lowest surface of the tank and the fuel dispenser inlet should be no more than 6 meters to avoid affecting the suction range.
3、Add an oil resistant gasket to the triangular flange between the oil inlet line port and the suction pipe of the machine.
4、The bottom of the inlet pipe in the tank should be installed with a 1.5 inch check valve (double door bottom valve), the lower end of the check valve is 10cm from the bottom of the tank. the installation of the check valve should be carefully cleaned before the tank and check valve debris.
5、Test the check valve sealing performance with oil to avoid blockage and leakage of the check valve when the machine is started.
6、Do not use two pumps for two dispensers or two pumps for two guns to share a common pipe line to avoid interfering with each other.
7、If one dispenser draws fuel from two or more tanks, a valve should be provided. When in use, only the valve of the use tank should be opened, the valves of the other tanks should be effectively closed.
How do I deal with a broken fuel filler hose?
1. When the oil pipe is ruptured, wipe the rupture clean and apply soap. Wrap a strip of cloth or tape around the rupture and bind it tightly with wire, then apply a layer of soap.
2. The solution to a broken fuel pipe is very simple, a broken fuel pipe will cause a certain loss of oil inside the tank. So the most important thing is to find a plastic pipe of the same thickness and size as the oil pipe, and replace the broken pipe directly.
