The oil temp is too high

The higher the temp of the oil, the easier the rubber will age. While the worse the elasticity and the lower the strength and seal property. What’s more, the hose will more easier to burst.
During work, if the temp rise too high or too fast, you should find out what cause that. Then eliminate the fault. But if it works in summer, you have to do some cooling works.
Wrong install
When replace food hoses, select the length of the hose. Then make sure the shape and size of the joint. While when tighten the joint head nut, the hose should not twist. Because too much bend and twist will greatly reduce the service life of the rubber hose.
Protect some parts prone to friction to prevent the hose from burst due to wear. The burst inside the hose is because of the impact, but not the static press.
During the work, the oil pressure inside the oil pipe will rise or fall suddenly. Then it causes pressure shocks to the flexible pipe. Thus you should turn the valves lightly. And never operate suddenly.
