The appearance of industrial rubber sheet is not allowed to have crack, perforation. For other defects affecting the use function, the area of each defect should not exceed 3 in every 3㎡, and the area of each defect should not exceed 1㎡. If there is any demand, it shall be agreed upon by both parties.
The Experimental Method
- Standard scale is measured by calipers and box rulers with accuracy of 0.05mm.The thickness is measured along the width of the industial rubber sheetand the average value is taken 5 points.
- The test of oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance shall be conducted according to the rules of GB/T1690.
- The tensile function shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 528.
- The hardness of the world shall be determined in accordance with the rules of GB/T 6031, and the hardness of Sauer A shall be determined in accordance with the rules of GB/T 531.The sample to be polished shall be tested 16h after polishing.Adjudicating experiments are conducted in accordance with GB/T 3512 rules.
- The aging and heat resistance of hot air shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 3512.
- The low temperature resistance function shall be determined in accordance with the rules of GB/T 1682.
- The determination of permanent deformation of compression shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of GB/T 7759.
- Ozone resistance shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 7762.

Inspection Principle of Industrial Rubber Sheet
The batches and samples are made of 30T rubber sheet of the same type. When the output value of half a month is short of 30T, the output value of half a month is taken as a batch. In each batch, 10 rolls were randomly selected for the inspection of the leading line’s standard size and appearance quality, and then one roll was randomly selected from the 10 rolls. The samples were selected from 30CM away from the end for physical function inspection.
Check the Classification

1.1 Check the project specification scale, appearance quality and hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, oil resistance, etc.
1.2 It is concluded that there is one unqualified item in each roll of rules and standards or two unqualified items in each roll of appearance quality, then the rubber sheet of this roll is unqualified product. Nonconforming products such as more than two rolls, the batch of industrial rubber sheet for nonconforming products.
- Type inspection
2.1 Inspection Items All skill requirements listed in this specification are type inspection items.
Under normal conditions, hot air aging, heat resistance, low temperature resistance and other items, quarterly inspection, ozone resistance inspection every half a year. The standard size of rubber sheet and the sampling inspection batch of appearance quality and the determination method are the same as above.
2.2 In the physical function examination, if one of the targets does not meet the demand, a double amount of samples should be taken for the second test. If it still does not meet the demand, the batch or the products of the period shall be unqualified products.
