Delivery channel
The hot air blower hose usually has a smooth inner wall. When the hot air enters one end of the hose under the action of the pressure difference, due to the guidance of the internal space of the hose, the hot air will flow along the axial direction of the hose and flow out from the other end. Thereby realizing the directional delivery of hot air from one place to another. For example, in industrial drying equipment, the fan generates a pressure difference, so that the hot air in the heating furnace is delivered to the drying chamber through the hot air hose.
Containment and sealing
The hot air hose has a certain strength and sealing. Therefore, it can withstand the pressure of hot air without breaking and prevent hot air leakage. Its material generally has good flexibility and wear resistance. It can adapt to different installation environments and bending radius requirements, and maintain structural integrity in long-term use. Then ensure that the hot air flows stably in the hose.
Insulation and heat preservation
In order to reduce the heat loss of hot air during the transportation process, some hot air hoses are made of insulation materials or have insulation layers. These insulation materials can reduce the rate of heat conduction, so that the temperature of hot air can be better maintained. For example, in the building HVAC system, the hot air hose with insulation layer can efficiently transport the hot air generated by the air conditioning unit to each room, while reducing the loss of heat on the way.
